The Company

Purpose
The Director, Inside Sales will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. Their team will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, all the way through winning and closing the business. Experience with Channels or VAR’s helpful. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with various professionals and must thrive in working in a team environment.
Main Duties
•Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals
• Strong application software sales experience
• Working knowledge of life sciences industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success with process approached selling
• Ability to gain executive credibility, understand organizational political dynamics and competitive awareness
• Strong business planning and organizational skills

Skills/Requirements
¥ Enterprise software sales experience is important
¥ SaaS experience is helpful
¥ Channel Experience is helpful
¥ Life Sciences experience is helpful
¥ Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
¥ In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
¥ Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
¥ Strong analytical and organizational skills
¥ Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

Experience
¥ 5+ years of successful work experience as an Inside sales manager
¥ BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
