This position reports to the Senior Director, Partner Sales Acceleration. The Director, Partner Programs, is responsible developing and managing cross-Partner programs which accelerate the success of the Partner Business at Medidata.

The primary responsibility will be the management of the Medidata Partner Program, to include the following:
• Work closely with the Partner Group leadership team to define the elements of the Partner Program for 2017 and as it evolves over subsequent years. Those elements are expected to include the following:
o Onboarding and accreditation
o Post-accreditation support
o Sales Engagement & support
o Structure of Agreements and Incentives
o Product & Technology
o Partner Governance
• Develop and drive execution of the Partner Program. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Professional Services, Customer Care, R&D, Medidata Academy, Sales Enablement, Legal, Finance and Marketing to manage their participation in the relevant aspects of the Partner Program
• Define and implement a set of metrics to measure progress against agreed-upon objectives of the Program
• Develop and manage implementation of an internal and external communication plan

Additional responsibilities will include:
• Overall management of PartnerLink
• Development of a Partner Onboarding program
• Management of a Partner page on Medinet Express
• Management of other key Partner Group initiatives as identified

Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of Medidata/CRO relationships and the CRO business
• Prior experience in defining and implementing accreditation programs, or partner programs strongly desired
• Proven ability to develop and implement a plan requiring collaboration across organizational boundaries
• Strong organizational skills, as evidenced by the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail, balanced by the ability to see and understand the big picture
