In conjunction with the 2018.3.0 RACT release, Medidata Academy is excited to announce the new RACT: Admin User Configuration Part 2 eLearning, as well as updates for the RACT: Conducting Risk Assessment and RACT: Admin User Configuration Part 1 eLearnings.
Updates were made to these courses to reflect the new features and enhancements in the 2018.3.0 RACT release, including: risk plan versioning, introducing the TransCelerate methodology for risk scoring, and changes to the risk assessment review and approval workflow. The course previously known as RACT: Admin User Configuration has been updated and split into two parts because of additional material being added.
1) Medidata RACT: Conducting Risk Assessment
The Medidata Risk Assessment Categorization Tool (RACT) allows study team members to identify, document, measure, and monitor the risk of a study protocol and devise a risk monitoring plan. The plan incorporates critical processes, critical data, source data review strategies, and key risk indicators. This course focuses on conducting a Risk Assessment in RACT. Topics covered include:
- Accessing Medidata RACT
- Starting a Risk Plan
- Documenting the Risk Assessment
- Adding a New Risk Subcategory and Category
- Submitting, Reviewing, and Approving the Risk Assessment
2) Medidata RACT: Admin User Configuration, Part 1
The Medidata Risk Assessment Categorization Tool (RACT) allows study team members to identify, document, measure, and monitor the risk of a study protocol and devise a risk monitoring plan. The plan incorporates critical processes, critical data, source data review strategies, and key risk indicators. This course focuses on administrator functions within RACT. Topics covered include:
- Accessing RACT Settings
- Configuring the Risk Assessment Template
- Configuring Risk Scoring
3) Medidata RACT: Admin User Configuration, Part 2
The Medidata Risk Assessment Categorization Tool (RACT) allows study team members to identify, document, measure, and monitor the risk of a study protocol and devise a risk monitoring plan. The plan incorporates critical processes, critical data, source data review strategies, and key risk indicators. This course focuses on administrator functions within RACT. Topics covered include:
- Managing KRIs at Client Division Level
- Managing KRIs at Study Level
- Managing Critical Processes at Client Division Level
- Managing Critical Processes at Study Level
