Medidata Academy announces new training material for the Cloud Administration 2017.2.0 Release!

Medidata Academy is excited to announce a Release Training for the Medidata Cloud Administration 2017.2.0 release.

This eLearning was updated to include the new Team feature included in the Cloud Administration release training. It also features the newest eLearning template.

1. Medidata Cloud Administration: 2017.2.0 Release Training eLearning

   This 10 minute eLearning covers Client Division Organizations, Client Division People, and Team Memberships as introduced in the 2017.2.0 Cloud Administration Release.

    

2. Medidata Cloud Administration: Organization and Site Administration

   This 5 minute eLearning covers Client Division Organizations, adding and modifying Organizations, the Study Environment site list and adding and removing Study Environment sites within Cloud Administration.

   Please note, Organization and Site Administration has replaced the Site Administration module. Any users who have taken the Site Administration in Cloud Administration eLearning are encouraged to take the updated Organization and Site Administration course.

    

3. Medidata Cloud Administration: Role Administration

   This 5 minute eLearning covers the Adding Roles, Fetching New Roles, Editing Roles and Adding users to Client Divisions within Cloud Administration. This eLearning was updated to include new screenshots to account for the new menu options added in Cloud Administration.

    

4. Medidata Cloud Administration: Study Administration

   This eLearning was updated to include the new Team feature included in the Cloud Administration release training. It also features the newest eLearning template.

    

5. Medidata Cloud Administration: User Administration

   This 4 minute eLearning covers topics such as viewing the user list, user profiles and adding and editing users in Cloud Administration.

All courses have been updated to our newest eLearning template, so they will have a new look and feel. User, Role and Study Administration courses received new screenshots due to the updates in the left hand navigation. Site Administration has been expanded and will also include Organization Administration as well.

The Recommended Module combinations for RaveX and Cloud Administration document contains recommendations for training based on user's roles.
