Overview

This course covers the main functionality of the Rave User Administration module. Attendees will learn to:

Create user accounts
Update user details
Manage account activation and Rave access
Manage training requirements

One or more assessments are included as part of this course. Attendees must pass the assessment(s) to obtain credit for the course.

Note: If User Administrators will also be managing accounts for advanced Rave users (study builders, administrators), this course must be paired with the Rave Architect Security training course.

Recording of Global Education training sessions is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to record training will result in an immediate stoppage of training until recording is terminated.

If paying by Purchase Order (PO), please e-mail an authorized PO to invoicing@mdsol.com. You will be invoiced for the full amount of the training class with net 30 terms in the month following training. PO must be received 5 business days prior to the start of the class to guarantee enrollment.
